Lenny Lane is an East Kilbride based printmaker. He’s been a practicing printmaker since graduating from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design over 30 years ago. Lino printing is the cornerstone of Lenny’s work. Editions are not always perfectly identical between prints, but each print is unique in its outcome.
Trees, old cottages, the weather, and the seasons regularly feature in Lenny’s work in which he plays with light and shadow. He also pushes the norms of colour by considering how each individual colour will influence the others used within a print.
